Reading Logs Made Easy!

I am so excited about these new Reading Log Challenges I have added to my home reading program. I have done a home reading program every year with my students. We send home a book weekly for families to read with their child. When they send it back, they get a new one. It is a great system that families love.

I made these Reading Log Bookmarks as a fun way to challenge them to read their book weekly. Once they have read the book, they can colour in one of the pictures. After filling up their bookmark, you can give them a small reward (like a sticker) if you want!

These Reading Log Challenges go perfectly with my Editable Monthly Homework Challenges. They both require little prep, and they don’t put any extra pressure on families with a firm deadline that they have to be sent back by.

You can decide to send home a different bookmark every month (or whenever the student completes it). You can also have your students choose their bookmarks, they could pick the design that they like.
