# Easy Print and Prep Fraction Activities for Kindergarten

Do you teach fractions in kindergarten? We don’t- unless it’s just talking about half. I did have a request to make a set of my Easy Print and Prep activities for fractions though. I thought I would share it with you here in case you do cover fractions in your class!

Here is a peak at some of the centers that are included, there are even more than what I show here, so make sure you take a look at it to see everything. They can be used to introduce fractions, assess where your students are at and review concepts they may need help with.

Roll and Colour

There is a dice template included that you (or your students) can cut out and glue together. Once they have their dice, they roll, record the fraction they landed on, and colour in the circle to match (2 versions are included: colour/color).

Spin and Colour

With this activity page, students can use a pencil and a paper clip to spin. They then have to colour in a square or circle to match the fraction they landed on. They keep spinning and colouring until they have used all the fraction images. Again, there are two versions included for colour/color.

Spin and Show

This activity mat can be laminated so that it can reused over and over again. You can give students play dough to work with, or any other material they like (gems, buttons, etc). They spin and then fill the circle to match the fraction they landed on.

My Book of Fractions

Students can create their own book of fractions that you can use as an assessment tool or something that can be sent home as simple homework. Each page has a different fraction on it that students have to colour in.

There are many different options for you to choose from for each page – a square or circle, and they can have the fractions line or not. You can easily differentiate the books for each student in your class!
